Who we are
N’Vious Tattoo Gallery is a tattoo studio at 620 S Jefferson Ave Ste 108, Cookeville, TN 38501. Our website is https://nvioustattoogallery.com. If you have a question about this policy, email nvioustattoogallery@gmail.com or call (931) 559-0628.
What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to book your appointment and answer your messages.
- Booking requests. When you book through our booking page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you want and any notes or reference details you share. We use them to schedule your appointment and contact you about it.
- Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, subject and message so we can reply.
- Waivers. Our tattoo waiver is completed through StabPad, a separate service. The information you enter there is handled under StabPad’s terms.
- Buy now, pay later. Financing is handled by GlossGenius. We do not see or store your payment card details on this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services listed on this page that help us run the studio.
Analytics and cookies
We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, so we can make it easier to use:
- Google Analytics records pages visited, how you arrived, your general location (city level), device and browser. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through pages, including session replays and heatmaps. Clarity masks text you type into forms. Microsoft’s privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
Both tools set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site still works with cookies blocked.
Embedded content
Some pages include content from other sites, such as a Google Map of our location. Embedded content behaves the same as if you visited that site directly, and that site may collect data about you under its own privacy policy.
Spam on our forms is filtered by Akismet, which checks submissions against its spam database. Akismet’s privacy policy: automattic.com/privacy.
How long we keep your information
We keep booking and contact details for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep the client records our studio is required to hold. Analytics data is kept for the default retention period of each tool. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email nvioustattoogallery@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some records, such as signed waivers, may need to be kept by law.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Accessibility statement
N’Vious Tattoo Gallery wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done so far:
- Every gallery and team photo has a text description (alt text) for screen readers.
- Text and links meet WCAG color-contrast minimums.
- Menus and buttons are large enough to tap and can be reached with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Embedded maps and media are labeled for assistive technology.
- Each page has a clear heading structure and a “skip to content” link.
Known limitations. Our booking system, waiver form (StabPad) and financing (GlossGenius) are provided by other companies, and we cannot fully control their accessibility. If any of them gives you trouble, call or email us and we will book you directly.
Tell us about a barrier. If something on this site is hard to use, contact us at nvioustattoogallery@gmail.com or (931) 559-0628. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will respond within 5 business days and provide the information or service another way while we fix it.
